Purple Octopus Multiwash Prepaid Wash Card Terms and Conditions

Prepaid Wash Cards and other online purchases can no longer be picked up from our onsite shop. All purchases will be posted out via Australia Post with in 5-7 days. Purple Octopus will take all necessary steps to ensure that your purchase is delivered in a timely manner however we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to Australia Post processes and delays. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your purchase.

Treat your Prepaid Wash Card like cash.

Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Cards can be replaced, however, this will incur a $10 administration fee.  The amount on the card will be transferred to the new card upon payment. Card value will not be refunded. A photographic ID must be provided to receive a replacement card.

Prepaid Wash Cards are redeemable for automatic car wash services at the Purple Octopus Multiwash only, by simply presenting it for payment when making a car wash purchase through our Laserwash payment station. Presenting your card refers to entering your member code and PIN. Not redeemable for cash. Additional value may be added to Prepaid Wash Cards at any time via our onsite shop, or via our website, www.purpleoctopus.com.au. If adding value via the website, please allow up to 24hours to value to be added to your wash card. You will be notified via email once the value has been added to your card.

Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is up to you to use the full value on the Pre Paid Wash Card. If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, you may make up the difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your Card except to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

Should there be no activity on your account for a period of 12 months, your membership may be cancelled and your balance forfeited. Should you wish to postpone your membership, you can contact the wash club via email and request a postponement. Cancelling your membership will result in a forfeit of any discounts offered as part of the membership purchase and will be deducted from any refunded amount.

Wash card value may be used for any automatic wash package available at the Purple Octopus Multiwash. The Purple Octopus Multiwash cannot guarantee the operation of the auto wash at all times due to maintenance or breakdowns. Where possible, wash club members will be notified of any machine downtime.

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the Purple Octopus Multiwash website.
